The Service Dept. got me right in, even a little earlier than my scheduled appt., and had my recall service completed within 45 minutes. The Service Director Scott was very polite and professional. He took care of the oil change and checked the front end of my car for alignment issues.He showed me a detailed print out of all the a professional. Happy with dealership. I’m on my third new Acura from this dealer, but have had start issues since taking delivery of my current one. Disappointed no real solution has been found or made yet to date. Scott has been more than accommodating and I’ve not been without a vehicle. However, the inconvenience has been enough and I’m loosing faith in the brand. I’ve been the guy with a banner in my yard celebrating this brand for years... I don’t feel that way now. Lastly, third party mail and email continue to come to me addressed to “David Baumert” which Is funny since a sales rep referred to me as David when I purchased the car and I corrected him. I’ve had no luck correcting this issue. Minor, I realize, but icing on the cake. More
