He presents a professional image, a great attitude, and is always honest, up front about the work my vehicle needs, the pricing and most importantly HE CARES. My vehicle had to be towed to the shop (discovered it was a dead battery (FACTORY ORIGINAL, btw)) and Kyle asked if the tow was covered by my auto insurance; it is and I'm getting a partial reimbursement for the towing fees.
