Had the vehicle towed here because of engine problems. Never got a call they received it, had to call a week later to find out it hadn’t been looked at yet and they’d try to get it in within the week. Called back a week later, was told they needed to start with some chains and see if that was the problem, another week and still no word. Called again, was told the “engine guy was backed up” and it could be 2-3 weeks before he got to my car. Waited 2 weeks and called yet again, given the excuse that “I just got back from vacation and was going to call you” and tell you the engine needs replaced. I asked how long that would take and got “we have to work with GM so I don’t know.” Two days later had the car towed to a different GM dealership, explained the situation and what had been done. Had the car back with a new engine within a week. More
