I live in Bay Village, Ohio. My brake line on my truck failed on the on ramp in front of Dave White in Sylvania, so I drove the truck to the Service Shop to get fixed. Nick Buc My brake line on my truck failed on the on ramp in front of Dave White in Sylvania, so I drove the truck to the Service Shop to get fixed. Nick Buck and the service team determined that the right front break line had become detached. They reattached the line and bled the break system. I drove the truck home and noticed smoke coming from under the hood. The break line connection on the left front caliber was dripping fluid (I'm suspecting from bleeding the brake lines) and some had sprayed on the manifold. I called Buck and he said to bring it back and they would look at it. I responded that I wasn't going to drive a truck with a leaking brake line two hours. He then suggested that I take it to the nearest GM dealership, have them diagnose it and get back to him. Mark Walberg dealership in Avon said to bring it in and they would diagnose it for $160. I shouldn't have to pay for diagnosing a mistake from bleeding the lines or fixing it. I called Nick back, left a message and he hasn't returned the call. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received and will be filling a complaint with the BBB. More
