I have nothing to say but wonderful things about this place. They helped me out when I was in a stressful situation and no one else was willing to take it on. Customer service was terrible. After about 10 minutes, I approach the counter and Alexis says "someone will be right with you"- before i even got over to her! I eventually get checked in, and scheduled the service. Air bag light and airbag recall. I was specifically asked "if the recall doesn't fix the airbag light, do you want us to diagnose the issue?" I responded yes. My truck was there for a week, and I had not received an update on it. I called, and was told (in a round about way) that no one knows what's going on with my truck, because my advisor is off. I later received a phone call abd the gentleman stated tbey are waiting for approval to diagnose the airbag light. UM HELLO!? THATS THE WHOLE REASON IT WAS BROUGHT IN, AND THIS WAS ALREADY APPROVED AFTER YOU TOLD ME ABOUT THE RECALL! So 5 more days go by, and every time i drive by, my truck hasn't moved. The only reason why any further work got done on it was because I called to ask them why it wasn't done yet. The truck sat assigned to a rep who was apparently off for surgery, and my truck just sat there there until I made the phone calls to find out what's going on with it, and why the repairs weren't done. I drove to the dealership to puck the truck up and take it somewhere else to have it diagnosed, and Joe the general manager promises it will be done tomorrow, even if he has to drive it in the shop himself. It was 2 days after that, that i was finally able to pick up my repaired truck. 2 weeks after it was initially dropped off. Absolutely terrible customer service, absolutely terrible communication, I was hung up on 4 times because no one knew what was going on with my truck because the rep was off, so instead of trying to find out and handle it the right way, they would just hang up and assume I would go away. I would strongly advise you to use another dealership to do business with. More

Inexperienced service techs caused me to waste $1800 on an unnecessary repair. I had to diagnose the vehicle myself after picking it up and it having the exact same symptoms as when I dropped it off. The rep I spoke with, Jordan, was very friendly and did a good job with the information we had. My complaint is with the ineptitude of the service techs. I told Jordan when I dropped it off the transmission was overheating. I was told that it was driven 200 miles and that it couldn’t be reproduced. This caused us to believe the problem was electrical so I agreed to replace the TCM at a cost of $1800. Yet on my drive home from the dealership the transmission overheated. This caused me to dig a little deeper and find a service bulletin detailing this exact problem and what steps should be taken. The correct repair was to replace the transmission cooler bypass valve. I was extremely upset that this bulletin was either overlooked or ignored. The only reason for the 2 stars is because Jordan made the repair that should have been done in the first place at no additional charge. Although there was an attempt to charge me more money. In my opinion they have no idea what to do when there is no service light or a computer telling them what to do. It’s highly unlikely I will return if I need service in the future. I feel like I should be refunded a portion of the $1800 I was originally charged. I would not have agreed to that repair if the person that did the test drive hadn’t erroneously reported that the transmission wasn’t overheating. It most certainly was. It just wasn’t throwing any codes or lights. It was running at 260 degrees just on my drive home. More
