Usually they're pretty good. Today I'd give a little bit lower rating. Went in for an oil change. Stood around for a few minutes before getting a "Hello". The receipt said they did the 21 point inspection. Didn't get paperwork on that like I have in the past. They usually give you papers to show what they checked and what may need attention in the future. They also used to rinse off the car before they returned. It. Just a small bonus. It looks like they don't do that anymore. Like I said, not a really bad experience but not a five star experience either compared to previous visits More

My worst nightmare was seeing a light on the dash of my new Tahoe….. Racquel at Dave white service center quickly calmed my nerves when she made arrangements right away for my vehicle to get looked at by o new Tahoe….. As always customer service is great. Frustrated with the fact that my car was in the service department for 2 days and I picked it up having the same issues as I did before dropping it o Frustrated with the fact that my car was in the service department for 2 days and I picked it up having the same issues as I did before dropping it off. The following night my vehicle didn't start and I had to call AAA because my new battery was dead. I am fully aware that car problems are not always an easy fix but frustrated that my vehicle spent most of its time parked in the parking lot than actually being serviced. More
