When I picked up my truck after my oil change and tire rotation, I found out my lug nuts were only hand tight. They started clunking as I drove away. I had to walk back to the service desk and ask them to rotation, I found out my lug nuts were only hand tight. They started clunking as I drove away. Took my daughters car in that needed a few things done cosmetic and mechanical. Got the important stuff done and spent over $1000. Went to pick it up and one thing was not done right, which caused more wa cosmetic and mechanical. Got the important stuff done and spent over $1000. Went to pick it up and one thing was not done right, which caused more water damage, and two more things that were cosmetic were more damaged than when we took it there… so we left it at the lot. Mind you we already paid for it… Was told by a service guy that was very smirky that “it needs replaced anyway” and it was probably from running through their car wash. I seriously asked him why would you run it through ur car wash when you know there are cosmetic issues we chose not to fix yet? His response was “we wash all of our vehicles we service and weren’t told not to.” I did not know they even did that!! For one it’s an older car with cosmetic issues that we got estimates for and chose not to do them yet because again we got the important stuff done. For two they are really stupid to run it through a car wash to damage it more. This made my daughter upset.. I spoke to a manager and told him about the service guys unprofessional comments and the damage they did after running it through their car wash. Also with a fix that was not fixed right. He said he would talk to the service guy and get back with me. The service guy called and said it was available for pickup and just used double sided tape to fix the cosmetic issues that they damaged more and is more noticeable..refixed the already paid for issue and rigged the other cosmetic… We went to the lot again and still not acceptable so left it again.. 4 days later finally got ahold of the service manager that said he didnt look at the car yet after they damaged it…so he did and called me back.. offered me a service credit at half cost to fix the damages…no labor charge…which would be 65 bucks instead of the original 330ish estimate for this fix.. that THEY damaged in the car wash…it is what it is… So 9 days later finally picked up the car and was not charged to fix the one cosmetic issue and the other was taped and glued but not noticeable… For future reference I would recommend anyone that gets their car fixed from here to request to not get their car washed through their car wash…. More
