I have 4 vehicles serviced at Dave White. I have 3 GM cars and one Toyota. I liked the service department so much and since they are able to do routine maintenance on the Toyota it makes sense to take al cars and one Toyota. This is the first time I have had issues with Dave White service and I have been using them for many years. My normal service advisor was out and I had to call on three consecutive days to get any answers service and I have been using them for many years. My normal service advisor was out and I had to call on three consecutive days to get any answers to my questions and to schedule an appointment. Whoever they sent me too was either going to call me back and didn't, or had bad information. Once I dropped my car for service before 8:00 am I was told it would be "about 4 hours" and that the shuttle driver could come pick me up and take me back to get it. I started receiving text messages to check the status of my service. which I had never received before. When I clicked the link it showed my bars was invoiced at 1:19 pm. I tried to call and make sure it was done, and got two people that couldn't give me an answer. Finally at about 3:30 I was able to get an answer that my car was done, but that the shuttle driver was stuck in traffic. I managed to arrange my own ride, and get the car picked up. The lack of ease on getting someone on the phone to help was frustrating, compounded by being without a car for hours longer than anticipated when I had things I needed to take care of prior to going out of town the following day. Once I got the car picked up I had multiple warning lights pop up and then go away for a repair that I had done about a year ago. This is not the first time I have had these warnings (basically the entire dashboard lit up), but since they go away after a few minutes I was told that there is nothing that can be done until they come on and stay on. More
