Absolutely terrible service, sent my truck to Dave White after it broke down on the turnpike and they didn’t even diagnose the issue. They just ran the motor and heard it knocking and told me I needed a $10 after it broke down on the turnpike and they didn’t even diagnose the issue. Took the easy way out and just wanted me to put a motor in it!! I took it to a different dealership for a second opinion and they opened up oil pan, found it was simply an oil pump, fixed it, and my truck has been running fine ever since! I even got to keep the bad oil pump to see damage. More

I am concerned that when told my car was completed and got there to pick up my steering wheel was crooked from work done on my car and was very noticeable. I got there to pick up and Connor disclosed he checked my fog lights to make sure was working as day before it was not when I picked up (day before he took around to see if they forgot to plug it in and he said they did, they plugged in and it worked) Got there after to pick up on 2nd day and it was no linger working, so I am questioning that. I drove off in my car to find out it pulled very hard to right (should not do that if alignment was completed I called him immediately it was 5:47pm. I asked him for the specs from the alignment and he said I could turn around and get them or he could email them to me. I still have not received to email and my car still pulls to right. 35 days prior to bringing to you, I had 4 new tires put on and alignment done at Belle Tire on Secor. My car was not out of align when it was brought to your facility. It came out of align when the steering wheel was removed period. It should have had new sensor put into steering wheel after they alignment by Dave White. Also the young lady at counter was rude as could be. I said when picking up my car and paying her $1000K If you would have called to say hey we are painting this and that and we see some issue with hood of car it will cost this much to have us go ahead and paint that while we are already doing the fender, front clip and 2 doors(suggestive sell-her response was we are not mind readers- in front of my 14yr old and my kid said mom you going to let her talk like to you?) Also the 2 fog light assembly do not match one is new and one is faded I would have paid to have them match and both be new (suggestive selling) I also brought up that the head lights seam when they seal was damaged at time of incident of my accident and they are fogging up, please look at them and include in quote (but do not loose my LED bulbs please. I had a great experience with Alexis from the Dave White Service Department. She was friendly, timely and communicated throughout the process.
