5 stars for service center - Matt Kwiatkowski is the best! I always work with Matt on any service my vehicles need. I don't feel like I'm being ripped off because I'm a woman. I trust Matt with my vehicle service needs completely! 1 star for sales services on Silverado truck we just bought. This is our second purchase from Dave White. We agreed on a price for a truck but when our salesman went to make arrangements for it's delivery it was already sold. Took a couple days for him to locate a similar truck for us. Told us it would only be $4 more than what we had previously agreed to. We were ok with that. A few days later when the truck was delivered and the spray bed was taken care of we went in and completed all the paperwork. I thought the final monthly payment was a bit higher than planned so when I got home and compared the paperwork from the initial truck we wanted and the one we ended up with, $1500 worth or 'rebates' were not included on the truck we ended up with. Granted, ultimately it was my responsibility to have caught that but I think it is a bit disingenuous to not to have included all the rebates we thought we should have gotten. More

Kyle was very helpful. he acknowledge me quickly. I gave him my recall letter and two receipt where I have my catalytic converter and oxygen senor replaced. I asked him if the repairs were related to the recall. I also asked him to check two other concerns I had. he was very kind and patience showing me what I needed to do. However he did not tell me if my repairs was related to the recall. I didn't realize this until after I was home. The service was completed in less time then what he quoted, which was very pleasing to me. I would returned. I felt valued except for not getting a responses to my repairs I had paid for. Honestly hoping for r a reimbursement. an answer would have been great. More
