I took my 2013 1500 in for service. Took 5 weeks and 3 attempts to fix an ecm issue. Service dept is horrible. Nick Carmony was absolutely fantastic to work with. Went above and beyond to make things ri attempts to fix an ecm issue. Service dept is horrible. Nick Carmony was absolutely fantastic to work with. Went above and beyond to make things right. Found me a decent replacement vehicle and saved the day. He made a customer for life. I wouldn't let the service department change the oil in a lawn mower. Service manager(Matt) service writer(Justin) doesn't return calls and i felt like they were B.S.'ing me on the problems. Apparently the tech didn't even know how to program an ecm or do a pin test on the wiring. Extremely unhappy with service. Nick in commercial sales is absolutely amazing. He gets 6 🌟 's More
