Alexis was wonderful she got my truck turned around quick. Yet t after spending $1000 to solve a coolant issue. I got my truck back to have the same issue on a work trip the following week. Called the dealership to be the service department was closed for two weeks but I was assured the service manager would contact me. I was broken down out of town, and never received a call back. Called multiple times and was given the run around. Service was closed so I’m assuming who ever was handling it while they were out there was a disconnect but I’m still disappointed in the handling of the situation. More
