After they checked my car in, I sat in the waiting room for about 45 minutes. After my car was fixed, I was released. Very happy with the new update. Alexis was wonderful she got my truck turned around quick. Yet t after spending $1000 to solve a coolant issue. I got my truck back to have the same issue on a work trip the following week. Called the dealership to be the service department was closed for two weeks but I was assured the service manager would contact me. I was broken down out of town, and never received a call back. Called multiple times and was given the run around. Service was closed so I’m assuming who ever was handling it while they were out there was a disconnect but I’m still disappointed in the handling of the situation. More

The service department did a great job. They changed the oil, rotated the tires, checked for recalls and found my truck had two. During this visit they took care of the recalls as well.
