Alexis was SUPER polite and helpful. Dropped my car off at 10am for a recall. She told me I could pick it up at 3pm. I received a phone call at noon to pick it up. Even had a good laugh when signing paperw at 10am for a recall. She told me I could pick it up at 3pm. I received a phone call at noon to pick it up. The service department at Dave White was excellent while my car was in for service. Since it was going to take several days for a part to arrive, Alexis set me up with a loaner(a brand new black Chevy Trax my car was in for service. Since it was going to take several days for a part to arrive, Alexis set me up with a loaner(a brand new black Chevy Trax with 4 miles on the odometer!). The entire process was seamless because the entire service department is staffed by experienced professionals. Dave White also has a shuttle service to take home customers whose cars are in for service that will take just a few hours or a day or so. Shuttle driver Roy is especially good, so if one gets him to take you home or pick you up, be prepared to be entertained. More

Was taken care of in a timely manner with the covid. Kyle always has been great to us. Happy with your service department to get things taken care.
