The process was made easy bu the excellent staff and support people under the direction of the Sales Consultant Kevin Carter. Kevin was very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. We talked over some alternatives, but I knew pretty much what I wanted, and so got the 2020 Impreza 5 door car that fit both my needs and my aesthetics.
I've had the opportunity to make use of the service department a couple of times since the purchase. They also are extremely helpful, knowledgable, and effecient.
After a minor parking lot fender bender (yes, in my Brand New Car!) there was a "noise" that they correctly diagnosed and fixed in good time, professionally and friendlly, and the cost was extremely reasonable. I always wait for my car there, and the waiting area is comfortable, very clean, efficiently socially distanted, and the coffee is really good!
I would recommend the dealership, the salesman, the service department, and the Subarus any time, and plan, in another 12-15 years, (that's how long my last Subaru lasted) to return to Dave Wright's Subaru dealership for my next Subaru.
