Will not be coming back because this place is shady. Booked an appointment to get my car serviced and they had a 3rd party service book it instead of a service person. The 3rd party told me the price would be $386.66 and after the work was done the total was $600. After expressing my concern, the service guy took 15% off of the $600 AFTER the complication. In other words, if I didn’t express concern, they would have let me pay the $600 and not told me about the 15% coupon. More

I had an appointment at 3:00 pm and arrived 5 minutes prior to that, I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting for the service manager to conclude a phone call. The other service tech told me I prior to that, I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting for the service manager to conclude a phone call. The other service tech told me I could go to the waiting area. My car sat until 3:36 before even going for service. This was a routine oil change and tire rotation. My car was ready at 4:45. One hour & 45 minutes WITH an appointment seems extreme. No one ever came to update or apologize for the delay. More
