Most everything at the dealership was good. I love my car and I’ve had no problems with it. Everyone at the dealership was nice. The only complaint I had was the length of time it took for them I love my car and I’ve had no problems with it. Everyone at the dealership was nice. The only complaint I had was the length of time it took for them to complete the sale after everything was agreed to we waited and waited and waited. We were going to go to lunch, but they said it would be just a few minutes, but it was longer than that overall I am happy with the dealership thank you. More
Zero after-sales logistics support. For two months, the registration didn't arrive, and despite visiting and inquiring three times, no one bothered to help. For two months, the registration didn't arrive, and despite visiting and inquiring three times, no one bothered to help. More

I have now been to this dealership three times for service. I bought a new to me Acura and brought it here to be checked out and have a couple thousand dollars of work done. I appreciated being given service. I bought a new to me Acura and brought it here to be checked out and have a couple thousand dollars of work done. I appreciated being given a loaner car that was nice, but the service left something to be desired. My second visit was for an oil change and to deal with an issue where my transmission light and blind spot detector light illuminates while driving in the highway. I came having read that this was an issue with my year of car and was covered under an extended warranty. I was told by service that they could not fix the problem because the code did not show up in the cars computer. I realized that it was likely cleared out when I took it to my local auto parts store to verify the issue before bringing it in. I came in today because the lights illuminated and I wanted to be sure that someone saw it so I could deal with this important issue. There were no loaner cars available because I had not made an appointment. Totally understandable. The issue is that John, my service person was not at all helpful or empathetic in helping come up with a solution to my problem. He just stared at me and said that I could use the shuttle. The car repair is at least a 3 day fix. Not having a car is not feasible. On all occasions John has appeared to be annoyed by my presence. He has a cold disposition and does not provide good service. He could care less if I brought my car to be serviced at your location. I will not bring it back for any further services due to the experience I have had with John. Also, your employees in the service department are smug and talk about customers openly amongst each other. Other customers hear this and it is very uncomfortable. Will be going to another Acura dealer that is a farther drive, but worth it to avoid crap service. More
