My experience with the David Scott Lee service department has always been great. This time, however, the service tech scraped the window tint while removing the service sticker. No one brought it to my atten has always been great. This time, however, the service tech scraped the window tint while removing the service sticker. No one brought it to my attention when I took possession of the vehicle. When I pointed it out to Jeremy, he assured me that it would be taken care of. Both Jeremy and Brynn worked together to compensate me to have the tint replaced. Bottom line - they did the right thing and handled everything with class and professionalism. Well done, team! More
