I rated average because my car looks great so good job to the service center but bad experience with the shuttle service ! I previously scheduled for my vehicle to be brought to my home when completed , by 4 the service center but bad experience with the shuttle service ! I previously scheduled for my vehicle to be brought to my home when completed , by 4:45 I had to call & was told they would just bring it to me sometime the next day & acted like it was no big deal like I might not need it ? When I said I’m sorry but no I need my vehicle & it then was bright to me but I shouldn’t have had to have that conversation ! I’m in management & that was not good customer service ! More
