The service technician wouldn’t return any calls. Tried 3 times to get estimate on time to finish on vehicle service. No response. Even the service manager was unable to give estimate. Finally went to dealership, only person we were talk to was our salesman; he sought out the problem and quickly responded to our request. Thanks Michael. Wish I could return the vehicle and look somewhere else. I guess for a 60k vehicle you can’t expect much. More
