I have both of my GMC vehicles serviced here and have always had great service, except for the last service on 1/3/2023 on my 2019 Yukon. My wife brought it in as I was not available that day. When it was returned, she noticed that the service lights/reminder had not been reset. This caused her to look at the other settings and noticed that the tire pressure was low and differed on all tires. Jeremy was out at lunch when the vehicle was returned so there was a woman (very helpful according to my wife) at the service desk (she didn't get her name) that took the truck back to the service dept. to have it corrected. When she returned home (Niceville) she noticed that the caps were all missing on the valve stems also. Unfortunately, this now causes me to wonder just how much of the service was actually fulfilled and performed correctly! Did the oil actually get changed, were the tires rotated, etc.,? The service on the Denali was prepaid when we purchased the vehicle new. The two vehicles (Yukon Denali and Sierra) we currently own were both purchased and have always been maintained by you. We have a long history of doing business with your dealership and service center. I hate the idea that a once very trusted business has now given cause to be questionable.
