Dan Meksch is an awesome service tech. Dan not only wrote up the service order but did the work on my truck so I would not have to wait on my truck. Was handed a list of stuff wrong with the vehicle that needed to be fixed. Will not come back there to continue the services. We’ll go to Walmart to get my tire fixed or replaced. Been there twice where you did not have Lugnuts or lightbulbs to fix the problem with my car. If you can’t supply the parts to fix these vehicles that you sell then don’t sell them More
Lindsey told me to come in on Tuesday (09-27)about 10 a. m. to meet the dent guy. Dent guy not there, had to come back on Wednesday(09-28) at 3:30 two trips for one service. Also on Friday, 09-23 had sched m. to meet the dent guy. Dent guy not there, had to come back on Wednesday(09-28) at 3:30 two trips for one service. Also on Friday, 09-23 had scheduled oil change and to get the tacks for my cargo mats installed from my owe me list. Oil change happened, but the tacks did not get put in till Tuesday, even though I signed for them on Friday. More
