Oil Change I went there for a oil change and blinker issue. Everybody was great, I waited in the lounge, had coffee and they brought me coffee. Great service! No consideration for others. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation Saturday at noon. It took them two and a half hours to do this! I wouldn’t be upset if I was I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation Saturday at noon. It took them two and a half hours to do this! I wouldn’t be upset if I was a walk in but I had an appointment. They weren’t apologetic at all and didn’t care. I wasn’t the only customer upset that day either. If they were running behind, they should of informed me so I didn’t spend all my afternoon in there waiting area. More
