amazing service I purchased my jeep and my husband's H2 at a David Stanley Norman and when I went to get my first oil change on both, let's just say the service was p I purchased my jeep and my husband's H2 at a David Stanley Norman and when I went to get my first oil change on both, let's just say the service was poor at best. That's considering I purchased the service plan PLUS the extra warranty. I knew there was a closer location to where I live so I gave them a shot (David Stanley MWC), even if it meant paying out of pocket. My experience was phenomenal. The service manager was available (Brian Fox) and interacting with his crew, Luke Steagall was helpful and friendly and I walked away feeling appreciated and taken care of. These two model what customer service should look like. I will continue to take any service issues to them and look forward to my next service interaction! Great job guys! More
