I came in because one of the key fobs for our new Dodge van stopped working. I talked to Luke on the phone and he got everything set up over the phone, and told me to bring the van in at my earliest conven van stopped working. I was in somewhat of a hurry and Luke made sure they got me in and out. He was very polite and didnt treat me like I didnt know what i was talking about as far as what I wanted done with my car. Went for a oil change and radiator flush and was told it would be about a hour and a half before it would be ready. So I left it with them and went shopping with wife. 45 minutes later I got a call that it would be about a hour and a half before it would be ready. I've had to take my 2012 Ram truck twice since buying my new vehicle. The first time was for my first oil change, inwhich I was greeted by Mr. Luke Steagall. Luke informed me of the engines for life program and quickly gathered all the information needed to enroll me into the program. The second trip was for a concern that I had with the truck bed and I was also quickly taken care of by Luke. Luke has a very important job inputing and building customer workorders, it's one of the most critical positions in the service department.
