Went for a oil change and radiator flush and was told it would be about a hour and a half before it would be ready. So I left it with them and went shopping with wife. 45 minutes later I got a call that it would be about a hour and a half before it would be ready. I've had to take my 2012 Ram truck twice since buying my new vehicle. The first time was for my first oil change, inwhich I was greeted by Mr. Luke Steagall. Luke informed me of the engines for life progr new vehicle. The first time was for my first oil change, inwhich I was greeted by Mr. Luke Steagall. Luke informed me of the engines for life program and quickly gathered all the information needed to enroll me into the program. The second trip was for a concern that I had with the truck bed and I was also quickly taken care of by Luke. Luke has a very important job inputing and building customer workorders, it's one of the most critical positions in the service department. Mr Rutledge helped me and my wife on this last visit after already being in one time for the same noise however was unable to figure it out at the time. He did make a point that to give him a call or s after already being in one time for the same noise however was unable to figure it out at the time. He did make a point that to give him a call or stop by without notice and will have someone come listen to the noise or ride with me or my wife. when this happened he remembered immediately and heard noise after bringing tech out there to the vehicle and then proceeded to make an appointment to fix the vehicle. My name is Charles Mcdade and I came into your dealership having a problem with my Power Sliding Door on my Drivers side would be open at any given time. When bringing it in the Service Advisor noticed my r having a problem with my Power Sliding Door on my Drivers side would be open at any given time. When bringing it in the Service Advisor noticed my remote didn't seem to have the "open/close" buttons. After dropping the vehicle off got a phone call within 30 minutes of dropping it off confirming his thoughts it may need a remote after finding a code in the system for a failure with it. Well so far so good and no reoccuring problem at this time. More
