Bought a 2011 Dodge Ram SLT at this dealership in Nov 2011, with the amount of driving I do I have to change the oil and service it more than a typical vehicle. You always hear horror stories about people taking their vehicles into a dealership to be serviced and it taking literally all day for a simple service, I have not ran into this with this dealership or this service department. Each time I go in I am met with very happy and accommodating people. Luke has helped me the last two times I have had to go in and has went out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of quickly and correctly. I have been more than pleased with the service! Love this dealer. Took my truck in for an oil change and was notifed that the air filter was dirty and a small leak was found on the lower radiator hose. Had them change air filter but would take truck to o was notifed that the air filter was dirty and a small leak was found on the lower radiator hose. Had them change air filter but would take truck to other dealer for lower radiator hose ince they put engine in it in January Ford -250. Other dealer would not warranty hose so will be bringing it to David Stanley Dodge to have them do it.They beat the price price plus I just trust them more than the crooks at other dealership that did the warranty engine replacement on my truck.
