Bought a 2011 Dodge Ram SLT at this dealership in Nov 2011, with the amount of driving I do I have to change the oil and service it more than a typical vehicle. The service department, more specifically Luke Steagall the Express Lane Manager, has been extremely helpful and accommodating. You always hear horror stories about people taking their vehicles into a dealership to be serviced and it taking literally all day for a simple service, I have not ran into this with this dealership or this service department. Each time I go in I am met with very happy and accommodating people. Luke has helped me the last two times I have had to go in and has went out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of quickly and correctly. I have been more than pleased with the service! Love this dealer. Took my truck in for an oil change and was notifed that the air filter was dirty and a small leak was found on the lower radiator hose. Had them change air filter but would take truck to o was notifed that the air filter was dirty and a small leak was found on the lower radiator hose. Had them change air filter but would take truck to other dealer for lower radiator hose ince they put engine in it in January Ford -250. Other dealer would not warranty hose so will be bringing it to David Stanley Dodge to have them do it.They beat the price price plus I just trust them more than the crooks at other dealership that did the warranty engine replacement on my truck. Express lane was awesome...I cant remember the young mans name (my apologies)...Luke perhaps (in the Air force reserves I think). Anyhow he was A GREAT HELP TO ME. First I showed up with my 2011 challeng name (my apologies)...Luke perhaps (in the Air force reserves I think). Anyhow he was A GREAT HELP TO ME. First I showed up with my 2011 challenger and he was able to get my my car in rather quickly. I'm very picky about my car. I stood around and watched the service techicians do their thing. I could tell they were very professional. I spoke with them for a bit and they were very curtious and respectful. I appreciated that. After the work was completed the my service writer took care of everything and I was on the road. AWESOME! After an hour or so I was driving my RAM 1500 towards town and relized it was due service also. I contacted "Luke" and asked what are the chances of getting in today. He said, "bring it by and we'll get you taken care of no problem." I arrived...again the express service was great. Overall the express lane service was awesome. I really feel bad I dont recall his name, but he certainly left an impression on me. He's an upstanding young man. You can tell him I appreciate his work ethics and service to the country. Luke was VERY informative about my maintenance schedule and got me on the right track. He greeted me at my truck imediatley, he had my car up on the lift before I even sat down in the waiting area; where h and got me on the right track.
