Express lane was awesome...I cant remember the young mans name (my apologies)...Luke perhaps (in the Air force reserves I think). Anyhow he was A GREAT HELP TO ME. First I showed up with my 2011 challeng name (my apologies)...Luke perhaps (in the Air force reserves I think). Anyhow he was A GREAT HELP TO ME. First I showed up with my 2011 challenger and he was able to get my my car in rather quickly. I'm very picky about my car. I stood around and watched the service techicians do their thing. I could tell they were very professional. I spoke with them for a bit and they were very curtious and respectful. I appreciated that. After the work was completed the my service writer took care of everything and I was on the road. AWESOME! After an hour or so I was driving my RAM 1500 towards town and relized it was due service also. I contacted "Luke" and asked what are the chances of getting in today. He said, "bring it by and we'll get you taken care of no problem." I arrived...again the express service was great. Overall the express lane service was awesome. I really feel bad I dont recall his name, but he certainly left an impression on me. He's an upstanding young man. You can tell him I appreciate his work ethics and service to the country. Luke was VERY informative about my maintenance schedule and got me on the right track. He greeted me at my truck imediatley, he had my car up on the lift before I even sat down in the waiting area; where h and got me on the right track.
