I have dealt with John for several years when I need service on our 1999 Cirrus. He always tells me what needs to be done and approximately what it will cost. 2011 Dodge Ram 1500, I had a NAV system issue with my vehicle and I mentioned it when taking my truck in for other maintenance. I stopped by the dealership without an appointment and was promptly taken care of. My NAV problem was cured and the vehicle ready to go. This dealership has provided all my service requirements since ownership (normal oil changes/tire rotations) and I've always been treated by professionals. Overall, a great experience! More

On my first visit the mechanic was told to replace the wrong parts. I spent 6 hrs at the dealership with my 2yr old. An I was assured that my truck was fixed. It was 2 days an 10 miles later I was back at the dealership with the same problem. Needless to say I was not happy John became my new S.A. He put me in a rental car an sent me an my son home. He let me know what was goin on an what needed to be done. An I was not to worry bout it. He would let me know when it was fixed. John is the only S.A. I will work with. More
I took my truck in to get the oil changed and to find out why the check engine light came on and stayed on. John called about 90 min. later to let me know the oil change was done and the engine light was due why the check engine light came on and stayed on. He let me know about 2 hrs. later that it was ready for me to pick up. I am very satisfied with the service I have received since buying my first Dodge pickup back in '06. I called and made an appointment to have my 2011 Jeep JK looked at because the air was only blowing out of the front vents and no others when selected and also have a free detail done on it because the one looked at because the air was only blowing out of the front vents and no others when selected and also have a free detail done on it because the one they gave it when I bought it sucked. I had spoke with Mr. Gatlin(Service Dept.) and made an appointment for 0930 hours on Tuesday December 21st, 2010. I arrived at 0930 and met with Mr. Gatlin who didn't have a clue as to why I was there. I told him, and he said okay they would look at the problem. After sitting in the showroom for 2 hours I went to check on the progress of my jeep and was told it would be awhile longer. Not being from OKC but rather 70 miles south of there, my wife and I were stuck and had planned on doing some Christmas shopping and then meet family at 1:30 in Norman Ok. They told us they did not have any courtesy cars but would get us a rental car. I did not wish to wait an additional hour for the rental to show up, and we told them to just give us our jeep. Mr. Gatlin arrived back in the show room and handed me my key and told me they "Thought" the problem was in an actuator switch. He then told me "you should have called and made an appointment" WHAT??? I politely informed him that it was he I spoke to on the phone to make the 0930 appointment, and he did not have a come back to that, other than to say "sometimes things like this happen" I had all intents and purposes planned on using David Stanley for all of my service jobs to keep the "Tires for Life" Plan that they offered. I will NOT be using them anymore, and they can keep their tires. Its not worth my time and money to spend 15-20 dollars on gas and then an additional 20 or so dollars for an scheduled oil change/service when I can get it done at my local dealership. I'll wash my jeep myself and have already made an appointment with my local dealership to have the afore mentioned problem taken care of. Also on a sidenote: The entire time my wife and I were sitting in the showroom waiting not a single David Stanley employee greeted us or asked if we needed anything.
