I have taken my 2015 Dodge Durango for all service since purchased new. Over the years quality of staff/service has gone way down. They just hit a new low as we dropped off our Durango for a diagnostic which ended up being over $650 with no warning of the cost after declining to have the work completed at their shop. They claimed to get verbal confirmation but had no proof of confirmation. After a week of conversations they would not admit they messed up and the only way to get my suv back was to pay the diagnosis fee. I am seriously considering never buying a dodge product in the future and will never go back to this dealership. More
Everything seemed ok but your prices were extremely high and for the amount of money I spent , over $700, I would expect a car wash and vacuum. Customer service was fine no issues. and for the amount of money I spent , over $700, I would expect a car wash and vacuum. Customer service was fine no issues. More

Great service from beginning to end with my car. I was kept informed of the work being done and when the car would be ready, and appreciated the shuttle service as well. kept informed of the work being done and when the car would be ready, and appreciated the shuttle service as well. More
I took my vehicle in to have 3 problems addressed. On the first visit, one of the issues was corrected, the other 2 needed parts. It took a couple of weeks for parts to arrive and during that time the one item they had repaired failed again. It was back in the shop for several days to correct all 3 issues because additional parts were needed. One issue involved the radio. The navigation system had a problem. When I picked it up the first time a new radio was on order. Due to their troubleshooting efforts I no longer had access to any of the radio functions. I still don't have a navigation system because they determined the vehicle was never equipped with navigation even though I had been using it for several years. Next stop, Chrysler Customer Service and I connect. More
