I have had my truck in three times for service and two of the three have come home with small dents. Got my car back and had grease spots on the inside of my windshield! If you’re going to do work on someone’s car and cause a mess on the inside at least clean up after yourself! The past few times I’ve been here service has been incredibly slow. The last time I had an appointment at 8am to get an oil change and a light changed and didn’t get out of there until 10:50. Everyone I’ve had have been rude the only good customer service I have had has been with Casey but if I talk to or deal with anyone else they are incredibly rude and seem like they don’t want to be there.
