Byron Green was outstanding! He kept fighting with MOPAR warrantee people to get my passenger mirror replaced because it was covered under the life warrantee contract. The mirror and housing were not, but the entire mirror assemble had to be replaced cause mopar doesn't have the parts. I had to fight with them also and threaten them with legal action for contract fraud. Finally, after my third call. I talked to someone at MOPAR that actuslly had a brain and looked at the issue, the contract and discovered the labor code was incorrect. He provided me with the correct code and I provided it to Byron and the repair was approved in 20 minutes. Keep in mind , Byron and I had been fighting with them for a week. I did have one issue with work not covered by the warrantee. My parking brake would hold the truck stopped. The mechanic adjusted the cable. I knew the cable was fine and the braked needed to be adjusted by the cog gear in the parking brake drum, which is why I expected a mechanic with that knowledge to adjust it appropriately. Well, after picking up the truck, I returned home, applied the parking brake, placed my truck in neutral, release the primary brake and truck rolled down my driveway, which is on an incline. I was disappointed because it was clear the mechanic didnt check his/her work. The cable was just tighten. The parking brake cable, which was already tight enough. I notice Byron the next work and told him about it. He said it will be fixed when I come in to have the side mirror installed. The ac work was Excellent! The truck ac is nice and cold again. More
I only bring my truck here for maintenance and service. I schedule my appointments thru Casey, Errin is my mechanic, Chris and Matt are so helpful and every one is so nice !!!!
