I had the absolute best experience I’ve ever had with a car dealer this past week. Mike GEBKEN Went above and beyond to provide me incredible customer service. I had to get my car towed as the battery died and my car wouldn’t start. I didn’t have an appointment and the service center was pretty full. I’m a sales rep and I travel for a living throughout Missouri Kansas and eastern Iowa…So my car is my livelihood. When they originally thought it would take a few days to get the part I needed I assumed I wouldn’t be able to pick up until at the earliest next Tuesday. Mike called me Friday afternoon and told me they were able to work me in, that a member of their team went and picked up the part that I needed instead of waiting for it to be delivered and If that wasn’t enough he came in $400 under his originally quoted price and told me I could come pick up because my car was ready! I was so elated. Mike delivered on every level:price, customer service and speed. Quite frankly, he made my entire week. Thank you Mike, you crushed it! More

Took good care of me and my car.
