Had an appointment for 8:30 AM for a 3 hour software update recall. They called me at 2 PM stating that they wouldn’t be able to get to it today and that it would have to wait until tomorrow. When I asked what’s the point of making an appointment if they don’t get your car at the appointment time. They said that the appointment time is just a “spot to get your car in line for the day, not when it gets seen.” How does this make any sense? When you go to your doctor’s appointment at 8:30 AM, do you get placed in a waiting line and then wait for someone to tell you at 2 PM that they can’t see you that day? No, you are seen by the doctor at or around your appointment time. More
Horrible customer service. Appointments are for getting your car in line for service, not for actually performing work. This was the third time I’ve scheduled a morning appointment and they didn’t even ge your car in line for service, not for actually performing work. This was the third time I’ve scheduled a morning appointment and they didn’t even get to my car by the end of the day. For this most recent appointment, I was without transportation for 3 days and they were unable to provide me a loaner, even after my car had been sitting in their lot, not looked at for a whole day. When I called to get a status update on day 3, the technician was on the phone with a customer and was supposed to call me back when that call ended. Never did. When I called back an hour and a half later, he was away from his desk and I had to leave another message. When he finally called back, my car was done. I wonder how long it had been done without them notifying me...Very frustrating experience. More

The shuttle driver and cashier were great. But i was told fixing myself transmission was a waste of the service managers time. And I’ve had bad experiences with him with my last vehicle.
