The Kumho tires that were ordered didn’t show up on the truck and were a couple days late. We didn’t need the car, so we just left it with you. As soon as the tires arrived, they were installed. They did a great job on the repair. Very friendly. However, after 8 messages in, I gave up on being able to talk to a service advisor there.
