They did a great job on the repair. Very friendly. However, after 8 messages in, I gave up on being able to talk to a service advisor there. They really want you to bring the car in before they will even discuss things like how long a specific repair might take (in terms of getting parts ordered, etc.). Overall a good experience, though. If the pan and drain plug didn’t leak after the tranny flush, I woulda rated higher. I felt for the price I paid, the work performed was not up to par. Even tho I took the car in with a check engine light on, they still ran the “diagnostic”, which is really only a surface check.
