Service was excellent. In & out in the same day with no appointment. I do have an issue with how we came to discover the initial problem. Failed alternator that occurred while doing 65 MPH on the highway. appointment. I do have an issue with how we came to discover the initial problem. Failed alternator that occurred while doing 65 MPH on the highway. Lost all electrical to include power steering & brakes. Fortunately there was no traffic & we managed to make it off the highway. Surely in this day & age there is something to let the driver know that this critical piece of equipment is failing. Especially considering we had it in your shop for scheduled maintenance just two weeks before. More

After 7 days, my vehicle was “ready”. I picked it up & same error message popped back up on my drive home. Had to turn around & drop off again.
