I was sold 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Nov 20, 2020. The suv looks nice and it wasn’t the car I was looking to get but it has grown on me. Nonetheless I have this nagging checking engine light that came with th looks nice and it wasn’t the car I was looking to get but it has grown on me. I should have been more patient about buying a car but I hate the cold. Hopefully everything will work out with the Jeep. Car insurance has its perks am I right ? More

In shop for ‘check engine light’ problem that was quickly identified and fixed. A tire on my SUV was badly damaged when the mechanic ran over some shop tool. The dealer took me home and later delivered my S identified and fixed. A tire on my SUV was badly damaged when the mechanic ran over some shop tool. I took my vehicle in for a recall repairs. About 100 miles later my check engine light came on. They said this had nothing to do with the recall repair and charge me to replace a fuel filter. That repai miles later my check engine light came on. They said this had nothing to do with the recall repair and charge me to replace a fuel filter. That repair did not fix it and they wanted to start replacing other parts. I took it into a separate dealer and they found that the recall repair was performed incorrectly causing the check engine light. I have contacted the service department for a refund and was contacted by the service manager and will be issued a refund. Mistakes happen and they made it right. That’s all I can ask for. More
