I took my vehicle in for a recall repairs. About 100 miles later my check engine light came on. They said this had nothing to do with the recall repair and charge me to replace a fuel filter. That repai miles later my check engine light came on. They said this had nothing to do with the recall repair and charge me to replace a fuel filter. That repair did not fix it and they wanted to start replacing other parts. I took it into a separate dealer and they found that the recall repair was performed incorrectly causing the check engine light. I have contacted the service department for a refund and was contacted by the service manager and will be issued a refund. Mistakes happen and they made it right. That’s all I can ask for. More

Terrible customer service and will not be using them again. We left our van to have some minor work done and we could hardly get in touch with anyone while it was there. Our issues were not fixed and wh again. We left our van to have some minor work done and we could hardly get in touch with anyone while it was there. Our issues were not fixed and when I went to pick it up our license plates had been stolen off of both the front and back and no one noticed this for over a week. We had to file a police report and replace the plates. One person was helpful, but when I tried multiple times to talk with management no one would answer my calls or get back to me. They reported multiple other dealer tags missing at the same time. Be careful of this place. More
