I apologize for the incovinace that this has caused you and that it was not noticed before you picked the vehicle up. I would like to address this issue again with you. The police have been made aware of this issue and are patroling the lot for us more to keep this from happening overnight when we are closed. I know that you and I have talked about this and we agreed to pay for the replacement of your plates and also supplied you with a dealer plate to drive on until the plates could be replaced.
