The service was adequate. They did what I asked. But I don't feel that I got full value for what I was charged. I paid $145 for them to tell me that my 2-year-old battery (under Walmart warranty) needs to be replaced in order to fix my start/stop switch issue. They were happy to quote me for a new battery. Not happy to pay $145 for this. Thank you for the information but it wasn't worth $145. More

Quick, easy. They work with buyers. Other dealerships I have visited tell you the price is the price and it will not change. There was no hassel and I didn't feel pressured. have visited tell you the price is the price and it will not change. There was no hassel and I didn't feel pressured. More

My car had some sort of electrical issue, (no lights, wouldn't start). I suspected the battery or alternator. I called your service dept., they recommended to have it towed in, so that is what I did. I w wouldn't start). I suspected the battery or alternator. I called your service dept., they recommended to have it towed in, so that is what I did. I was scheduled for a 7:30am appointment the following morning. I was called by a technician at 10:30am the day of my appointment...he called to ask if it was ok to hook up my car to an analyzer and that it was going to be a $149 fee. Well, what am I supposed to say no? And it's 10:30, so you are just now beginning to look at my car, 3 hours after my scheduled appt. At 2:30pm, I get another call from the same guy, he says that my battery was bad and will need replacement. The cost is in the neighborhood of $500. I was surprised at that fee, seemed kind of expensive, which I told the mechanic. He started quoting me the fees and was just rude. He then said, my car would be ready to go the next day. I was kind of stunned. I asked him why that was, all they had to do was swap out a battery. He then went into a story about how they had done a bunch of testing on my old battery, trickle charge it 3 times, etc, and then my new battery would be installed (how long does that take??) and then they would have to test drive my car for 100 miles to make sure no warning lights came on, etc...When I asked him about test driving my car for a 100 miles, he got very defensive and almost rude again. I still did not understand the test drive after I hung up. Same day - I was called by this guy at 5:45pm, telling me my car was ready for pickup...well, I live more than 15 minutes away, so guess what, I couldn't come pick up my car before you close at 6:00. My wife is a nurse and has to be at work at 6:30am, so getting her to take me in the morning was a non-starter. So, once a again, my car was at your dealership all day. When I did pick up my Jeep in the evening, I checked the ticket, and the in/out mileage was the same, so please explain some questions for me. Is this shoddy record keeping? Or did you really not drive my car 100 test miles? I also checked my car's odometer, and it was reading 280 miles more than what the ticket said. So, did someone drive my car 280 miles to test a new battery? One more question, when my car was towed in, it had a topped off fuel tank. I had just filled it prior to have electrical issues...3 miles from my house. When I left the dealer, the tank was still completely full. If the mileage variance can be explained by shoddy record keeping, please explain the full fuel tank. Is it your practice to top of the customer's gas tank when doing your standard "100 mile battery test drive"? Please explain. I am very disappointed in this entire service. I wasn't buying what the technician was telling me, he was rude and having to troubleshoot a battery and replacement take more than a day is ridiculous. I have swapped out more batteries in my life than I can count. I just should have gone to Autozone and bought one. More
The service center employees were great, professional and helpful. I only rated them a bit lower because of the sarcastic sign on the front door regarding not enforcing the mask mandate. Also I have no ide helpful. I only rated them a bit lower because of the sarcastic sign on the front door regarding not enforcing the mask mandate. Also I have no idea who I worked with so I just picked the first name. More
