Scheduling was easy and the person on the phone was very nice. I was concerned that I had to go back 3 days after a previous appointment for another tire related issue. I also had to go on a work day for me nice. I was concerned that I had to go back 3 days after a previous appointment for another tire related issue. I also had to go on a work day for me and needed this to be fast. The tech that greeted me was the same gentleman that I worked with at that previous appointment. He is also very nice, and told me it was a separate issue but a “strange coincidence”. While I am not convinced that the tire issue was not related to the previous work, it still had to be fixed. I was told my car was done, and in time for me to get to my job. But, as soon as I got in my car the sensor came back on. This delay caused me to not attend my meeting. The fact that everyone I deal with at the dealership are factors in the higher rating. My concern that I had to go back for a related issue and then the sensor coming back on before I left the parking lot prevent 5 star rating. More
Had appt for radio recall at 10 am. Needed vehicle back by 3 to take wife to doctor. Service could not be done due to Chrysler computer system down. Have to reschedule.
