Sent an email to start, explaining what I wanted and my plan to have one in, and then have my other car come in after the first was finished. Came in at my appointment time, and had to explain the whole deal over again....then when the first car was ready and I was trading out my second car for an oil change, was told my appointment was at 9 even though it was 930. Had to explain my whole plot again My idea of “have one car get an oil change /alignment, then pick up that car and drop off the second car for oil change” can’t be that unique right? I figured it saved someone from having to drive me home and pick me up. Everyone was friendly enough though. Bit pricey but I’ll endure. Oh and in a running theme even in the Pre Davi Taylor era. I grabbed my keys for one car and walked out only to find it in the back. I always take a glance For my own ride because again, I figured your staff has better things to do than pull my car up to the front, but if it’s not in the front it would be nice to know More
