Had a terrible experience trying to schedule a service appt. Keep getting different answers from people about getting a rental car. I’d get off the phone and receive another call back an hour or two later appt. Keep getting different answers from people about getting a rental car. This happened with multiple Chrysler, jeep, dodge, ram locations. Very frustrating when you’re on a time crunch and trying to get something taken care of. Service guys were amazing, there were a couple small fixes on my car that they took care of and didn’t charge me for. They knew exactly what they were doing and fixed the problem. More
