There continues to be a problem with our 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. The engine light came on four times in the past 60 days. It once pointed to an "evap leak" but nothing was found and it was reset. The two other times it pointed to a low voltage problem. Both batteries have been replaced, recharged, and the code goes away but the problem persists. It is in for the fourth time--check engine light illuminated. There is probably a deeper problem that has yet to be found such as a computer or wiring problem but at the mechanic level, the routine is performed and tests "good" so no further work is performed--naturally. But there must be a bigger or more complex problem and so far the Service Department is treating the symptom and hasn't found the core problem. Byron has been quite helpful but he is trying to figure out the problem. More
