Workers driving car were not wearing mask or gloves and not sanitizing cars after completion. My ECG light came on so I set up a 7am apt for a few days later and let them know my car should be covered under extended warranty. When I arrived for my appointment, Matt said he wasn’t seeing the warranty. later and let them know my car should be covered under extended warranty. When I arrived for my appointment, Matt said he wasn’t seeing the warranty. I had my husband screen shot the materials, and then they called to put in the claim. He said it would be 30 minutes to do the inspection. After an hour passed I went out to ask if I should have my husband pick me up, and he let me know they were super busy. Through the course of the day, I would call and Matt would always be busy, and so I would wait an hour and call again. They couldn’t find anything by end of day that triggered my car to stall and that light to come on. He did find three other things though, 2 covered under warranty and then my brakes. I told him to to it and asked when my car would be fine. He said they couldn’t get ahold of my dealer who has to ok them working on it since it’s within 20 mile radius (it’s exactly 20 miles by the way). I called the warranty company and the dealership myself and no one could figure out who okays it. I dropped my car off Monday and got it back Thursday. It was extremely frustrating. Poor customer service. Don’t have customers make an appointment and then work on their car , without a rental, for 3 days. More
Same crap, different dealership name. My ram truck I have had been nothing but issues. I wanna say 25 service records with 44k miles. Paid 166 for diagnostic to hook up a scanner to the truck for my check engine light, my appointment was at 730am, didn’t go back till almost 12-130 pm. I went to pick up my truck without fixing it. when arriving at the service department no one knew where my keys were. Waited for probably 20 minutes with another customer. No organization at the dealership. Picked up my truck Friday night around 5 More
