Disappointed that service department staff were not wearing masks properly. They should be covering the mouth AND nose, and should not be touched without sanitizing hands afterward. Since the dealer became David Taylor instead of royal gate. Customer service is gone and they could care less if you bought your cars from royal gate because they are a new name and buisness I guess. Completed the recall work promptly. Loaner car arrangement went well. They actually replaced the loaner car with another upon finding out the first car had not been cleaned if Cheetos.
