The work that was done, was good. The communication was bad. But a peice on my dash board was broken off, probably wouldnt be a gig deal if someone would of told me. First I tried to make an appointment online. Instead of getting a call to schedule an appointment I got a promo about getting a new car. Then I went to pick up my car only to find out after spending $1,100 getting a call to schedule an appointment I got a promo about getting a new car. Then I went to pick up my car only to find out after spending $1,100 to fix a engine light that now I have a new issue after paying and starting to drive a way. There is a rattle. I pull back in. Mike has one of the techs drive it around and confirm he doesn’t like what he hears. The. mike drove it around. He check a few things but agreed it didn’t sound great. I got a call the next biz day about something about my wire mesh around my flex pipe is bent. I advised the rattle is new. They immediately defended that it couldn’t have been caused by them. They said they could fix it but would have to replace the entire exhaust which was $1,400-1,500. I again point to the fact I did not have this issue when I brought it in. Again more defense. I ask if anything can be done to offset cost or another option. Suggested I go to an exhaust shop for $400 they might be able to weld it. Again ask if anything can be done on cost of repairs since from my perspective the issue started while in their possession. Again no offer and more defense. Advised it’s not a mechanical issue nor safety issue and that they could t of caused it. At the end of the day I paid $1,100 to fix one issue and get a new one. I feel totally taken advantage of. The only person I encountered with customer service experience was the courtesy van driver (an older gentleman that has worked there for 10 years). The issue was not addressed and he tried to pass it off as another problem opposed to fixing it. More
