The outlet on the back part of my console just stopped working. They played with it and snapped a piece back in and it started working. Others I can tell you would try to up sell you. They didn’t. I’m so grateful. If you want a place you can trust; I highly recommend this dealership service department. The reception was very friendly and patient. This was a very bad experience. I had a 7:30 am appointmen t to fix my radio and camera. Dropped my car of the night before. I never heard from the service advisor dispite leaving 3 messages. I thought initial repair was done to my satisfaction until the next day after getting repaired car back, the car would not start, had to tow to you to fix unsecured screw holding fuse box that wouldn't until the next day after getting repaired car back, the car would not start, had to tow to you to fix unsecured screw holding fuse box that wouldn't allow the car to start. Since spent several hours of the day getting AAA to determine it wasn't a battery/starter/alternator issue before having it towed to you guys to fix issue as result of prior repair. You were nice enough to squeeze me into a saturday appointment when car was towed to you, but you didn't get to my car so you had to keep it until Monday to fix and heard no word about my not having a car for another few days. Disappointed. More
