The dealership contacted me and scheduled my recall appointment. I was able to discuss this with the mechanic that recently worked on mt vehicle to make sure this wasn't already taken care of during appointment. I drive over an hour to get to this dealership. Knowing that I have a substantial commute, Mike was able to get an estimate on the time required. He took the vehicle back earlier than my appointment. He determined the process would not take long. The issue was resolved while I waited. This saved me an additional trip. The service is excellent and I choose to drive the distance to go to this place! More

Mostly friendly service reps. Overcharging for things that are included services at other dealerships. Took FAR too long to only complete a portion of my needs. Incomplete service. I had to decline some that are included services at other dealerships. Took FAR too long to only complete a portion of my needs. Incomplete service. I had to decline some necessary services due to overcharge when they could have been discounted or provided as a courtesy to build a solid customer connection. Best advice I can offer is make your customers happy so you’re confident they will return tome and again. I don’t have that feeling. Thank you. More
