After waiting 3 weeks for the first available appointment, I brought my vehicle to the dealer at 7:15 am on Aug 24. The service department called me around 3pm that day and told me that they woul appointment, I brought my vehicle to the dealer at 7:15 am on Aug 24. The service department called me around 3pm that day and told me that they would not be able to get to my car that day. I explained that I needed my car the next day so I would come pick it up. I was then told to wait and they would look at it right away. I was called a while later and was told they could not complete the work that day. That was unacceptable so I picked up my car. As I told them earlier I really needed my car the next day. When you have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment and you drop your car off at 7:15 am, it is ridiculous to be called in the afternoon and informed that they are too busy to get the job done. That is poor customer service. More
